BB7: MILW crossing the Missouri @ Lombard MT

Bruce got this shot of a MILW train crossing the Missouri River @ Lombard MT on Sept. 5, 1973 ... power was MILW #21, 8502, 3008 and ?

NICE!! I've been on trains under "the airspace where that bridge was" a zillion times, working for MRL. I've always wondered what a MILW train looked like from different possible angles around there. This is one I don't think I've seen before. Good ol' Bruce... :^)

U36C #8502 would become #5802 and carrying that road number, would lead the last train off the PCE in March of 1980....
