I doubt a spray washer could remove this encrustation. Bring on the caustic cleaner and scrub brushes!

Wow! My print shop was about 50 yards from that spot back in those days. I saw lots of grubby SP power pass through SLO, but never anything that filthy. Picture is looking north.
