Rails: Ever need a payphone while switching?

DS won't respond to the radio? Can't find a handy DS phone? Gotta call the wife to hold your supper? Just pull up here and call anybody! Along the CSX Ohio River Sub near Washington, WV, in the mid-90s and seemingly in the middle of nowhere...

I remember most crew rooms had them when i hired out. The company phones required a secret code(s) to call outside numbers.
Someone usually wrote themĀ above it on the wall.
