CR's 211 crossing the Sheperdstown Bridge

The date is September 11, 1992 and it finds CR 6427 and CR 6513 taking 211's TOFCs south over the Potomac River via the Sheperdstown Bridge in West Virginia. This deck truss bridge was built in 1904.
