This is the old signal bridge at Mt Pleasant St in Burlington IA from December 1st 1991(taken from a stopped EB Coal Train). This was the west end of CTC through the Burlington are on the main line out to Iowa. The east end was Connett on the Illinois Side of the Mississippi.

Thanks, K-Man.  This CTC protected the Mississippi River swing bridge, probably controled my the bridge operator.  It's all gone now.  (Clarification:  There's till a bridge there but it's now a lift bridge and the CTC runs west of this point and east of Connet.  And the signals are tri-lights.)
