SP 9083 West along Klamath Lake wiyh Mt Mclauhlin in the background. I don't remember what year I took this and I always guess wrong.

Great photo, I’d say the late 70s or early 80s for the time period.  The lead SD45 9083 has the cut lever loops that were mandated by the FRA after 1976, but still has its L shaped window.
