WM #82 was probably in the clear for an excursion. We just need to know the rest of this story. Thanks for another excellent photo posting. Mine is from an old scan of most-likely a High-Speed Ektachrome push-processed to ASA 400 slide. Yours looks like a Kodachrome. My image is decent while your is first-class.
