Easter Weekend 1967-Washington DC-Posting these old pictures sometimes makes me scratch my head.  Yesterday I posted a picture of the outbound C&O George Washington.  Within a short time, I caught the inbound "George Washington" according to the notes on the slide??  I almost did not post this but I love the old baggage car roof behind the E units.

I'm pretty sure the C&O didn't own any lightweight head end cars....aside from combines, lightweight headend cars were far more common on western roads than on eastern ones, with the NYC being a notable exception.
