The SCL auto ramp was located in northwest Tampa,about ten miles
away from Yeoman yard.
The area was called Drew because during WW2 there was an airfield
at that location by that name.Todays Tampa International Airport.
Autos would come in at night and early morning they would be assembled
for the Drew Turn.
In this undated photo,GP30 1301 has the turn leaving Yeoman.
The caboose is exSAL,built in 1949 by International.It is one of the few
SCL cabooses painted red with white letters.

Nice picture, composed well.

Just waiting to be broken into or to have their windows smashed.  A great look back to better days.
