Author: swaool Not a Whitcomb, it's a Phase II-A-4 GE 45-tonner. Jay Reed's 3rd edition has it as ex-Port of Portland 4404, exx-USMC 112346, nee-USMC 1 (GE serial 17819, blt 3/43). Nice catch.
