Forty Friday . . .
Author: 3rdswitch

.   .   .   just like a date, since I had no photos of one of these FURX leasors, and in fact had not seen one out west at all, when one showed up at BNSF's former Santa Fe Watson yard, in Wilmington, CA, I asked local management if I could use it for the day performing our work, the reply, "Have it make by five". I did, Believe it or not. FURX unit leading into the sun, imagine that, while Watson shuttle job puts away a baretable train into Ironsides siding, Carson, CA, on BNSF former Santa Fe Harbor Sub nineteen years ago.

Very Nice JB ! That unit has quite a history too, believe it or not it started out as a Rio Grande tunnel motor.
