Geep in distress, acting like an Alco!

In summer of 1981 CNW 4548 is kicking cars at Chadron Nebraska. Each time engineer opened up the throttle a plume of black smoke erupted, not normal for an EMD geep. Think it needs a tuning up! Still neat to see!
