.   .   .   salvaged from a very dark slide taken forty nine years ago, Santa Fe 300 was leading an early Amtrak "San Diegan" eastbound through Bandini, CA, on Santa Fe's Third District main.

Very neat little vest pocket passenger train made even better by the hi-level coaches.  I've always like those cars both in photos and as a passenger.
