Three shots of shortlines that start with "H".
1. Hollis & Eastern GE 80 tonner 100 at Duke, Oklahoma, 17 Aug 1975. A former US Army unit as I recall.  This shot was published in Extra 2200 South that year.
2. Hartford & Slocomb Alco RS1 257 at Hartford, Alabama, 7 Oct 1978.  Ex- C&WI I believe.
3. Hampton & Branchville, late in life, at Miley SC 6 June 2011. I was really fortunate to catch them running that day. Posted on RRPA, this shot ended up on another fan's web page under his credit.

"This shortline hauls trainloads of coal to a power plant using former Chessie and Norfolk and Western GP9's, still in the previous owners' paint."
