When I ran across this Art Gibson slide in a routine scanning session I had a very strong sense of Déjà vu. It didn’t take me long to find: ( Emporia RH then & way back when (trainorders.com) ). As for the details of PNC paint schemes working in the Golden State, I’ll have to defer to those with knowledge on the subject...
