Photo 1 is Louisville Cement #11, a 3 Ft Gauge 0-4-0 at the Kentucky Railway Museum when it was located in the Eva Bandman Park on River Road in Louisville , KY.
#11 was an early exhibit but not one of the original exhibits.  I date the photo to the 1959 - 1961 timeframe.

WPDUDE for the win! Depot house restaraunt (and bar) was in Rochester, MN. Steam lokie may be ex SOO line.:-) Automobiles would date this to the early '70s?
