I'd forgotten that the SCL had the first Bi-Centennial unit a full 5 years before the actual Bi-Centennial date.  

Those 2 hostesses would all be in their 70's now.  : (

Back in the day SCL had some cute girls.  I remember a cabinet where the American flags and the handouts were kept.  I think it was in the cab.  Thanks for posting your pics of this memorable engine.
