1984: Winter along CR's Lehigh Line

The date was January 15, 1984 and my location was CP PATTENBURG in Pattenburg, NJ. There was a coating of snow on the ground that wasn't too deep and crunched when I walked on it to photograph this meet between a CR eastbound unknown symbolled train and an unknown symbolled westbound. Later in the day, CR's PIOI comes off the siding to continue its journey east with a power consist of CR 3251, CR 3254, CR 3233, CR 3232, CR 6359 and CR 3230. Cool photos on another scorcher here in central New Jersey.

Excellent images from the good 'ole days.  I'm guessing your "perch" for numer 2 was the westbound signal.  Been there, done that:)
