BN SD70MAC 9640 in 2003

I've been editing some digital images from 2003 and came across photos of the C-EBMSPB coal loads on the MRL 5-25-03.  I believe this train is headed to Boardman, OR and will be handed off to the UP at Spokane, WA.  That also means there could be PGEX Portland Rose cars on this train.  Sadly, Boardman closed a number of years ago, the plant scraped off the face of the earth and this symbol is no more.  Considering it was only May there appeared to be a lot of wildfire smoke in the air while headed west.

Curious about the BN 9640.  I found it was relettered BNSF in January 2004 and the last photos I have found are from 2018.  Is the 9640 still in active service or more likely in storage somewhere?

1.  BN 9640 West coming into Paradise, MT at 3:51 PM
2)  BN 9640 West banking into a curve at Weeksville, MT.
3.  BN 9640 West between Weeksville and Eddy, MT

BNSF 9640 was Laid Up For Sale on April 30, 2021. It should be in the massive Donkey Creek, WY deadlines.
