Nostalgia & History > A Pretty CF7Date: 10/05/22 14:51 A Pretty CF7 Author: MartyBernard Maryland and Delaware Railroad CF7 2630 making a light engine run to Cambridge, MD on March 14, 2013. This CF7 was built as ATSF F7A 42C in October 1952.
NOTE: I never take video, but once in a great while I have no choice and use my DSLR. The results are awful, but I had to take the guy. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 10/05/22 14:54 by MartyBernard. Date: 10/06/22 08:16 Re: A Pretty CF7 Author: Gonut1 I'm with 462 Pacific, at least this one has the, more acceptable to the eye, rounded roof.
Go Date: 10/06/22 08:20 Re: A Pretty CF7 Author: randgust It has it's own enginehouse under cover, a loving railroad, and a flat one at that. There aren't a whole lot left, let alone in that condition.
It's sister down there did not fare as well, turned into a donor. Date: 10/06/22 08:43 Re: A Pretty CF7 Author: wabash2800 Yes, and it was a sad thing to do to an F unit. However, this one has a curved cab roof, which is a little better than the ones with the angled roof.
