I don't have my CNJ timetables with me, so I cannot give you the exact date.  This was the first night of the resumption of CNJ passenger service from Newark to Phillipsburg.  This set of pictures shows the first train to arrive.  First picture is the CNJ observation car at the end of the train of secondhand streamlined coaches.  Gentleman is second picture is Gordon Fuller, GN of CNJ at the time.  Third picture is looking toward P'Burg station.  I have many more to upload.

I remember it being June 1974 or 1975. It was before the GP7's were painted red. I will be checking the slides as I put them back in the trays.

Probably 1973/1974. Was in high school and just got my first car and drove over there from Easton on warm evenings.
