Very likely from Rock Island Railfest which was in July 2011.  This shot of mine is dated 7/22/2011.

Mike is correct, definitely Train Festival July 2011 at Rock Island.  Photo is looking east from the bike path/levee next to the river at the west end of the 17th St. yard.  I "think" this is the first day of Train Festival (I'm at work but will try to verify tomorrow with my photos) and 7081 is backing down the BN's line from the Crescent Bridge after running over to turn on the wye at Davenport.  

My memory is a bit fuzzy but I believe 7081 and 6988 had come in on the high tonnage freight and were split up immediately to begin running the short turn excursions to Silvis and Walcott.
