1. AT&SF 0-8-0(?) 838 is slightly out of kilter in relationship to the rails, much less its own tender. Apparently a foreign actor has violated the 838’s personal space, creating this untoward situation in Kansas City, MO on August 7, 1937. 2¾ x 4½ BW reprint by Wes Krambeck, from the Art Gibson collection. The other engine is a Frisco, they crossed the KCT at Stockyard Crossing. I wonder if one of the crews got a signal wrong. KCRW287

Thanks. Dick Wolf was a Gibson contemporary in those days. It’s not surprising to see more than one photographer catching this oopsie.
