Super catch - This is the first time that I've seen a passenger/business car in blue and white.

Rock Island office car 100 was rebuilt from Chicago & North Western 4-bedroom/4-compartment/2-drawing-room sleeper IMPERIAL MARK, and still sported four of the small upper berth windows from its original configuration.  Thanks to Paul Olinver.

Even the steps and step stool are Route Rock Blue.  Outstanding.  This great photo is both the cake and the icing!

Car rebuilt by Bill Kratville's Auto-Liner Corp in South Omaha, NE.  One of several such similar conversions he did using ex-C&NW "Imperial" series sleepers built by P-S in 1942.
