6 of Streetcars Going Around Lee Circle in New Orleans, November 30, 2007.

The St. Charles Cars went around Lee Circle. It's a break from the normal street or street medium running. And it was fun to stand on top of the hill that forms the Circle with the Robert E. Lee Monument and have a 360 degree view of streetcars going around you.  Note, Lee Circle was renamed Harmony Circle in 2022.  The Robert E. Lee Monument hs been removed.  As best I know the streetcars still go around the Circle.

The last photo is of Lee Circle. Unfortunately there were no streetcars going around when Google took it.

Yes, I love the photos and the streetcars down in New Orleans.  I only wish that more cities still had their streetcars today.
