Nostalgia & History > Monday Meets, WP & SP Locals, From Rear of #6 1979Date: 05/22/23 08:33 Monday Meets, WP & SP Locals, From Rear of #6 1979 Author: FiveChime Not sure of the exact location from where I took this photo but industry pictured
will probably give it away to local folks. Perhaps Sacramento? From rear of #6 as I recall. Regards, Jim Evans ![]() Date: 05/22/23 09:00 Re: Monday Meets, WP & SP Locals, From Rear of #6 1979 Author: M-636 This view is on the SP mainline between the Sacramento depot and Elvas at a location known as Haggin. The SN job is on the "3rd Rail" as it was knonw back then, and has probably just came out of the WP/SN Haggin yard headed West towards West Sacramento.
