Fraser River Friday - CN at Cisco, BC
Author: TCnR

Figured out a title for this for location so had to get one in before it became the weekend. Sitting on a rock near the well known CP and CN bridges at Cisco on the Fraser River in British Columbia. It seems like a drove like a bat out of hell to get there and then sat on the rock for a few hours before I thought about a photogragh. A little bit overcast or smokey but the river makes a statement.

At this time they were still running on seperate Company routes, CN ran both ways on their tracks as did CP, a short time later they made an agreement to run all trains in one direction on one track and then the other way on the other track. Here the CN is travelling east on what later became the westbound only track.

Thanks for looking.

That's a marvel of engineering and a nifty subject for photography. The photo looks great.

Fine photo and a great scenic place. Some of the western mountain areas with pines have that model railroad look,
