That Eaton smokestack was a real landmark.  Back then, I associated the name with truck axles.
The business is now a conglomerate headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

I would say the U.S. railroads really got their money's worth out of first generation units like F units and Geeps. They lasted forever and saw all kinds of service.

Nice look back. Seemed that Collinwood always had something interesting back in those days.
