The service track folks back in St Louis reached deep into their supply of power to find something special to send a General Electric customer special west towards Kansas City in May 1979.

Result? MoPac 1734, a 1954 built GP7 is looking special and every bit the veteran as it charges west at Pacific, Missouri.
