33 Thursday - Block of SP U33C's On The Point At Woodford 12/78

So many trains on Techachapi Route that from time to time, unusual power consists would appear.
In December of 1978, I was lucky to catch this solid block of GEs on the point of an eastbound at Rowan
heading up the hill.

Stopped in this photo, but departure was dramatic both in terns of sound and exhaust!
