Santa Barbara meet/roll-by.  Mid 80's.   Several details from the era:  Former ATSF El Cap HiLevels on the rear of #13 will probably be set out at 16th Street Oakland, a regular thing at the time.  DRGW units started showing up all over the SP after the Rio Grande takeover.   The Amfleet car might be deadheading to Oakland for Fun Train duty.
