SD Thirty Eight Thursday.

In August 1993 a pair of Elgin  Joliet and Eastern SD38-2 locomotives running nose to nose crosses the diamonds with CP/SOO at Rondout, Illinois.  Location is the north edge of the Chicago area.  The CP/SOO line also hosts Metra and Amtrak.
