2. Who says double-stacks can't go through the Howard Street tunnel. Well, the short ones (International) can. A CSX CW40-8 duo, 7822 & 7730, is leading E/B Double Stack Container/TOFC train R-138 (Chicago, IL to Penn Mary Jct., E. Baltimore, MD). Here, on track two of CSX's Baltimore Terminal Sub at MP 90, approaching Bay View Yard. 10:30AM on 3-13-94 in East Baltimore, MD. 3. CSX W/B train R-191 races by the Dorsey CPLs on track one of CSX's Capital Sub. I cannot remember anyone else having a photo of this bridge with a train on it either.
