branches, or not missing, that make it not 1922? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tQDeCBQGFs8MpEBMENx1Iu2tspK-gcTP/view?usp=sharing Date: 03/13/25 13:50 Re: B&M map says 1922, maybe -- that sound right? Author: train1275 timz Wrote:

B&M pulled out of the Lime Ridge Quebec branch in 1925, so that is consistent with the map being 1922 as one indicator. Date: 03/13/25 15:43 Re: B&M map says 1922, maybe -- that sound right? Author: timz The map says the line to Lime Ridge is Maine Central.
They didn't both go there? Date: 03/13/25 17:45 Re: B&M map says 1922, maybe -- that sound right? Author: DavidP timz Wrote:

Lime Ridge was the original terminus of what would later be called the MEC Beecher Falls Branch. The B&M's incursion into Canada was the Sherbrooke line, which was sold to the Canadian Pacific in the 1920s north of Wells River, VT. The CP operated the section south of Newport, VT themselves, and assigned the northern end to subsidiary Quebec Central. Another clue making the date plausible is inclusion of the Nashua, Acton and Boston branch that ran from Nashua, NH to Concord Jct. (now West Concord), MA. That line was abandoned in 1925.
