Awesome coverage! When I was young, I remember once seeing a CC mixed freight rumble through Logan, Iowa eastbound. It was the noisiest, smokies, ground-shaking experience I'd ever had to that point! It also had about 8 units on the front with different paint schemes. The lead unit was a red GP20 I believe.

Marty, enjoying yours and Bill's photos of the Chicago Central & Pacific RR.  I rarely encountered the operation despite a couple of attemps.
