When I was young, I remember once seeing a CC mixed freight rumble through Logan, Iowa eastbound. It was the noisiest, smokies, ground-shaking experience I'd ever had to that point! It also had about 8 units on the front with different paint schemes. The lead unit was a red GP20 I believe.
