Stockton 1. A BNSF train was led by C44-9Ws #930 + #4495 + 2. SD40-2s #7860 + FURX #7288 from w/b on BNSF to n/b on UP. I have read that construction of the connecting track here was started when the SPSF merger was under consideration but not completed until the UP/SP merger was approved with BNSF getting trackage rights on ex-SP, ex-WP and ex-D&RGW. 8. UP GP40-2 #5368 was built 4//80 as WP #3558, to UP #913 12/13/85, renumbered #2915 4/17/96, renumbered #568 7/8/96, renumbered #5368 5/21/99. 9. California Northern (CFNR) GP15-1s #103, built 6//76 as C&NW #4414, later G&W/VCR #1560, + #112, built 7//76 as C&NW #4423, later G&W/CFNR #1569, were tied down. 10. An e/b Altamont Commuter Express (ACE) train departed the station on UP, ex-WP, shoved by F40PH-3C #3104.
