My $0.02 would place it in the Sacramento Canyon somewhere because of the type of rocks, the abundance of trees and the style of code lines on the poles. But I wasn't there so it's conjecture.

I ran the photo through PSE for curiosity, lightened it up and ran it through a coloerizer. Lots of details and lots of trees. The trailers behind F-units are pretty neat.
