That place used to be so busy. SP and SN both had tracks into the Del Monte facility a bit South of the Yuba
City yard. THe yard itself had industry within it's bounds, lotsa tracks. Even in later years there was a transload
West of town, Harter still shipped, just amazing how much business either vanished or went to trucks.

There's a whole bunch of Trucks on I-5 near the Oregon border with Yuba City on the cab door as the HQ.

Very wild drivers... sort of Jihad like.

Would much prefer a nice clean line of ToF but the Intermodal terminal is in Lathrop, a major trek these days.

In WP days I remember it was common for the eastbound GGM to stop at Marysville and pick up the Yuba City loads. The WPX might have too but not as frequently.
