From what I can tell, this may be near Shaker Blvd. and Van Aken, judging by the tall buildings at left and right. There is no longer a turning loop at that location though.

Franklin Simon store shown was a higher end women's clothing store.

Could the building on the far left be the current Zanzibar restaurant?
