Toss Back Tuesday - W&LE 2654

We are in Navarre, Ohio where Wheeling and Lake Erie 2654 is westbound headed for Brewster, Ohio on March 30, 1996. The lashup is WE 2654 (EMD GP35), leased Wisconsin Central 3067 (EMD SD40), WE 2712 (EMD GP 35), and an unknown WE EMD GP35. WC 3067 was purchased by the W&LE.

Thanks for posting, Bob.  3067 was probaby an Oxford Leasing engine.  The WC hosted that outfit, it's owners were a part of the WC ownership group, for a while before it was "abandonded".  (Can't think of a better word to describe the groups demise.)
