Yes, this is the ex-NP #276, which just came up in discussion the other day in another thread: https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?11,6108042

NP baggage car #1516 (Pullman, Lot #4315, Plan #2858, 1915, 1 of 7, #1510-#1516), rebuilt to dynamometer #276 in December 1928, which became BN #979100 in August 1970, then #968085 in December 1972, then #B10 in June 1974, to the Lake Superior RR Museum in Duluth in October 1975, and is now at the Ironhorse Central RR Museum (Chisago City, MN).
