EL Phase IV F3A 7094 (built 2/49 as Erie 709D) leads what was likely Train No. 92, the Marion-Youngstown long distance local, eastbound through Ashland OH.  Slide mount says JAN 73.

Beautiful !   Didn't that local run with RS3 power fairly often ? Or am I thinking of the Marion- Ontario turn?
