I'll have to agree with that. It is amazing that the Wheeling and Lake Erie uses that paint scheme and even has Rio Grande heritage units. That paint scheme lives on.

Still seems not that long ago that the Rio Grande was in operation... always enjoyed seeing their power in CO and KS.

Agree, classic RR Industrial scheme,
and speed lettering looked a lot better than Kodachrome.
