Close, but no cigar.

Fostoria, OH calls to railfans in the midwest, and to others further out who listen for its call to visit. I was down there at the end of May in 2011 armed with my Nikon 200s. This looks to be the Poplar Street crossing of the CSX's Chicago line. I was shooting this train as it approached me and I noticed that the exhaust was threatening a clag dump. It did spew a lot of Clag, but alas, no flaming 'cigar.'
