Just under six years on the RI and those brutes look pretty knackered... good catch.

I agree that this was taken at Belt Junction (Tower 80); the train is departing the FW&D/RI Joint Texas Division and turning onto the old Houston Belt and Terminal former passenger main for a trip past Tower 26.
