1. AT&SF 6344 on westbound local train 1421 C-1 just east of SK Jct in Wellington, KS. This is the main line local based in Wichita. Picasa editing Photo date: August 4, 1979. 2. Good eye! It wasn't rare at all to fleet 2 or 3 trains east out of Welllington. And if all 3 were all hotshots they would run on each others' blocks all the way to Emporia.
