This old passenger platform may be aging and the classic trainsheds are long gone, but sheer history still oozes out of the place… :^)

1. AT&SF 513 leads a biz car train at Newton, KS on October 17, 1992.

Very nice.  I suspect the spit & polish we see on the outside was just as pronounced on the inside. All of it hearkening back to the influence of Harvey, Ripley and Strong.
