A Roger Puta Signal Sequence -- 5 Photos

This was on the Santa Fe in February 1984.  With semaphores he could take daylight sequences.  But with search light signals sunset was his choice, as with this one.

Roger was east of Needles almost to the California - Arizona boarder.

I was tempted to photo edit the first one to make it greener, but didn't.

Very nice! Looks much like the Union Switch & Signal searchlight signals we had on the former Pittsburgh Division of the N&W Railway.

These are fantastic.  I love the searchlights including the one in my driveway, but they just aren't quite the same without the rails and the trains.
