Years ago I obtained a 3 ring binder that contains almost a 3 inch thick 3 ring binder that apparently deals with all things MLW/ALCO in Canada to include: rosters, builders info, specifics about Canadian RR Diesels.  Reference is notated in the pages that most if not all the info contained in the binder was forwarded to the Dover Bros at X2200S. It is a very extensive compilation of information. The binder I have is noted as "Corley II" on it's spine.  Who was /is Mr Corley?  This is an amazing amount of info contained in the binder. Most of what is contained is in no sort of order, so that is why/what I am trying to put together.  Any help would be great.  Thanks, Ben
