I believe this same chart was in the David Sutton's Complete Book of Model Railroading. I have a photographic memory from those day of my youth! From my neck of the woods, I could add, Spokane & Inland Empire, also Idaho Washington & Northern. From my home town area I'd add Chicago North Shore & Milwaukee CSS&SB, and the Chicago Aurora & Elgin. Lots of even smaller ones.

After the locos went by, we could check out the heralds and slogans on the freight cars. Then, came the little caboose to round out the show. The kids that like the graffiti today don't what they missed.
